It is important that your therapist has the appropriate training and experience to support you with your concerns and therapeutic goals. Given my current areas of focus and training, I am unable to provide treatment for schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, bipolar disorder, or borderline personality disorder. Where appropriate, I collaborate with and provide referrals to other specialists to ensure clients receive the care that best meets their needs.

I integrate multiple therapeutic approaches depending on your needs, interests, and goals. I primarily work from psychodynamic, somatic, and mindfulness-based approaches, as well as use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) when working with OCD.
As applicable, I incorporate:Psychodynamic Therapy
Somatic Experiencing (SE)

My practice is grounded in trauma-informed and feminist therapy frameworks where we honor the pace of your nervous system, acknowledge the impacts of systemic oppression and marginalization, and work together to understand what healing looks like for you.
Services
-
The first step is to schedule a 15-minute phone/Zoom consultation or, if you are certain you’d like to work together, an initial session.
In a consult call, we can talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and briefly explore how we might work together. This meeting helps us both assess whether we’re a good fit for each other before discussing next steps.
To book a consult call or first session, please fill out my contact form and I will be in touch shortly. -
I offer a free 15-minute consult call over phone or Zoom. Please contact me through my contact form to schedule a conversation.
-
During your first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and your hopes, concerns, and vision for our work together. You’re welcome to share as much or as little detail in this session as feels supportive to you. Together, we’ll create and periodically review a plan to guide your therapy.

Individual sessions are approximately 50 minutes and typically occur weekly.
